Her expertise will undoubtedly be a great asset for the OLHI.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doroth\u00e9e graduated from the Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al with a Bachelor of Laws and later completed a Short Graduate Program in Disability Management from the Universit\u00e9 de Sherbrooke.
